An electrical Engineer from a reputed Engineering University NED, who hails from business family of Sindh. But born and brought up in Karachi. Mr. Memon served as a president of Tayca in 1989, and in the same year CPLC a came into existence. The emergence of CPLC played a vital role in the good inter-relationship between the police and society.
