BM Would you like to tell us about the complete portfolio of company,
when, where and how you initiated it?
Ans: ALA Chemicals have been in business since 1963, manufacturing and
marketing the quality oral care products for healthy and beautiful smiles.
As per our commitment with the nation, and also with our valued consumers,
we maintaining an excellent quality standards of our
products
at all the stages. Every product that comes out of the Ala plant is achieved
a highest level of quality. The company is proactive with the rapidly
changing market requirements of the consumers, we have now produced one of
the most popular toothpaste of the country. With its inception, Dentonic
toothpaste has received the huge response from all the parts of the country.
the demand is increasing everyday which indicates the trust and satisfaction
on ALA product line. in a recent survey conducted online by ALA Chemicals,
90% families has declared Dentonic products a necessity for their home.
Dentonic Plant is situated in the heart of the Industrial area of the
country. The clean and natural environment also highlights our core values
of environmental friendly approach.
BM. It is fascinating fact that advertisements and authentic research help
increasing of every sort of product. What is your kind position on that?
Ans It is a known fact that advertisements that are thoroughly researched
help increase sale of a product. But only a few such advertisements leave
timeless impressions on the memory of millions. One such example is the
Dentonic tooth powder comercial, which is etched in the memory of most
Pakistanis of a certain age. The animated Dentonic smiley character peeping
down from billboard in a television commercial is easily recalled by people
who saw it during the dominant days of Pakistan Television. Hidden behind
this brand is story of a committed businessman who believed in his product
and who convinced others to use it, ultimately making Dentonic a leader in
oral care segment in Pakistan.
BM. Would you kindly shed the light o your plans, mission in strengthening
and advancing your business and furthermore do you believe customer
satisfaction?
Ans: Our significant mission and plans is to develop and sell high quality
oral dental care that will capture the dominant share of mind in all markets
in which they are introduced.We will achieve our objective by providing the
marketplace with high quality Oral Dental Care which caters to all their
requirements including cleanliness, freshness and preventing against their
dental problems.Customer satisfaction is and will be our top priority. To
achieve customer satisfaction, we anticipate with the rapidly changing
market trends, monitoring the customer want through regular retail audit,
maintaining quality of the products and empowering our employees.
BM. Would you kindly pinpoint the hurdles and bottlenecks in the development
of your sector?
Ans: Yes there were a lot, initially there was no proper market for the
Dentonic and people were not fully aware of the Dentonic products. Slowly
and steadily we made a proper room for our products as per requirement. I
traveled far and wide places to market the products but plenty of people
were reluctant and don't have tendency towards our products but by
qualitative and quantitative efforts the Detonic swept its worth and wide
range capacity.
BM. Whether Pakistan's economy is advancing ahead or retreating backside, if
it is retreating, how it can be stopped, and what steps could be taken
ahead?
Ans: Our economy is, definitely, is retreating back for the last one and
half years. It was expected better as the people elected Govt will take over
the charge the country economic growth will get better. But that nothing
happened. I, think, moving to friends of Pakistan can be a positive change
in making country the hub of economic activities.
BM. What are the root causes of declining impression in the international
markets, for the Pakistani products, can we ascribe it to adulteration,
unoriginal products, low quality or quantity and how these malpractices can
be prevailed over?
Ans: We, therefore, have multi reasons for the declination of the economy in
Pakistan. Firstly, that any government has not been able to overcome the
unemployment, which causes many crimes, in the county. Secondly, we don't
constitute long-term policies in order to make success and tranquility in
business. Thirdly recent war against terrorism ca used the more declination
of economy.
BM. Would message would you like to communicate to the businessmen, educated
and professionals of our country?
Ans: I'd like to thank each of you for being a part of this effort and
helping us by criticizing and appreciating our products. Your comments and
suggestions are most important for us. They help us in improving our
products and it is a great moral support for us. Our goal of making Dentonic
even better is well underway. |
